Our History.
We define our history in a very Personal way, it begins in the heart of Oaxaca, a place of culture, mythical traditions, mysteries, and hard work; a land blessed by its outstanding geographical condition for the production of the best maguey, a plant with pre-Hispanic ancestry.
We are Oaxaqueños, lovers of Mezcal and experts in the significance of this spirit. We grew up here, we learned to plant the maguey and to take care of its process, just as our ancestors did, aiming to obtain the perfect balance that would provide the best flavor, aroma, and body for our Mezcal.
